Since the establishment of the company, 50 years ago, our family business has prided itself on offering an excellent personal service. Our expertise in all aspects of double glazing technology allows us to provide our customers with top quality products at competitive prices for a range of aluminium and PVCu replacement windows, doors and conservatories.
About us
With 50 years of experience, our local reputation is unrivalled. You may notice that you do not see us advertising because our work comes almost exclusively from recommendations. As a small family business, we have concentrated on our service rather than expansion. The people you deal with at your initial enquiry will be available to discuss any aspect of your project at all stages.
Our well stocked showroom enables you to view our full product range and you can discuss your requirements with a knowledgeable member of our staff (some of us have spent our entire working life with the company!). All our aluminium products are fabricated in our own factory.
We are of course members of FENSA and are a BSI registered company. Thus we offer all the advantages of a much larger company while still maintaining the personal touch.
Roberts Windows is a family run business.
Initially contract glaziers in the 1970s, the business evolved to window replacement in the 1980s, moving from Hayes to Beckenham and expanding to the current two premises at Upper Elmers End Road.
About our people
Clive Roberts (MD)
Clive, the founder and managing director, while often to be found at his desk, is happy to have handed the day to day running of the company to his son, Gary.
Gary Roberts
Gary has spent his entire working life with Roberts Windows and is a fully qualified installer and surveyor. He now deploys his extensive knowledge and experience of the industry for the benefit of our customers.
Our fitters
Our fitters have been with us for many years and will take pride in ensuring your satisfaction with the completed installations. We don't employ subcontract fitters.
Our fabrication team
Our fabricators have also been with us for many years and their knowledge and experience of the aluminium window and door industry is unsurpassed.
